Returns & Exchanges

Our pieces are made-to-order and we do not accept returns, however, we will gladly exchange it for store credit of equal value to the product should the following terms and conditions be met:

    • All exchange requests must be made by email to within 10 working days of receiving your order.
    • Products being exchanged must not be worn or used, must be undamaged and must be returned in the original packaging.
    • Unfortunately we do not accept any returns outside of the 2 week grace period.
    • You will be required to arrange and pay for the shipping/courier when returning the item.
    • We recommend using a registered courier, as we are not liable for any items lost in the post.
    • Store credit will only include the cost of the item and exclude your original shipping cost as well as returns shipping cost. 
    • We do not take responsibility for broken chains. Chains are very delicate and must be worn and handled with great care.
